Our store is hosted on Tilda Publishing, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) in the course of using the Service.

We sell handmade jewellery in sterling silver, in some cases set with natural or laboratory-created stones, and occasionally plated with other precious metals.

Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in finish, texture, patina and stone colour are inherent to the work and are not defects. Product photographs are taken under studio lighting; we have made every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will reproduce them faithfully.

Where a piece is described as sterling silver, it has a silver content of at least 925 parts per thousand.
Products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount without undue delay.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page and at checkout, and are total prices for the product. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options provided by third parties. Where a deferred or installment payment option is used, the credit relationship is between you and the relevant provider, not with us.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders are dispatched from our production workshop in Tbilisi, Georgia, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Delivery page.

Prices shown at checkout include import VAT and, where applicable, customs duty for deliveries to the European Union and the United States. For these destinations there are no further charges payable on delivery. Orders to other destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees levied by the authorities of your country. These are not included in the price, are not paid to us, and we cannot calculate or refund them.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, regardless of whether the shipment is insured. This does not apply if you have independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, and benefit from a statutory guarantee of conformity of three years.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions without consulting more accurate or complete sources. Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. Where an order is cancelled for this reason after payment, we will refund you in full.

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials, and we accept no liability for transactions made with third parties. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to that third party.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, whether at our request or not (collectively "comments"), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay compensation for them, or to respond to them.

You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene material or any malicious code. All designs, photographs, texts, collection names and other content on this site are the property of Evgeniia Efimova and are protected by intellectual property law. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. If we consider that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement without notice; you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of it.

These Terms are governed by the law of Spain.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We are not currently party to, and are not obliged to participate in, any alternative dispute resolution scheme for consumer disputes. Spanish consumers may nevertheless contact the consumer authorities of their autonomous community, and consumers resident elsewhere in the EU may contact their national European Consumer Centre.
