Production takes 10–14 days. Shipping time is added on top of that.
Shipping times depend on customs processing in your country and are outside our control. We send you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Art objects and any order over $1000 are sent by insured express courier rather than standard post. This is included in the price. Delivery takes 3–7 days once the piece is finished.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel does not arrive within the times above, write to us at contact@elanic.gallery with your order number and we will trace it. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will remake the piece or refund you in full.
